Shipping
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you select.
The following shipping methods are currently available:
FREE SHIPPING
- SerranosKitchen.com offers free shipping on domestic shipments for some products on our website, with a minimum order of 30 € or exceptions.
- The fact that shipping is free does not mean that it takes a long time. SerranosKitchen.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we do our best to process your order quickly. When you place an order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 4-6 business days.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (PST). Orders placed after 5 p.m. PST will be processed the next business day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
SerranosKitchen.com ships to a variety of international countries via UPS Services or other carriers. You have the option to choose shipping at checkout. International shipping generally arrives within 5 business days from the date of shipment, excluding holidays. Standard delivery is not available for international shipments.
International taxes, duties and customs tariffs
Serranos Kitchen ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information on your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
UPS affiliates in local countries will charge the consignee all applicable duties, taxes and/or COD brokerage fees in the local currency at the time of delivery. All duties, taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can provide you with information on the method of payment accepted for duties, taxes and other fees charged at the time of delivery.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number, which along with the postcode of your shipping address, will be all you need to track your order.
